Indapur Taluka Shikshan Prasarak Mandal was founded in the year 1938 under the wise, intellectual and academic leadership of dedicated people. This Education Society is an Educational trust came into existence with noble and great objectives of serving the rural masses for their development. Honourable Harshawardhanji Patil, Former minister of Co-operation and parliamentary Affairs Maharashtra State is the chairman of this institution. College of Arts, Bhigwan is established in 1997 by the parent Institution Indapur Taluka Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. It is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Indapur Taluka Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's College of Art’s, Bhigwan, was established in June 1997 by Hon.
