1.Poor communication skill among the students. 2.Teacher Student ratio is very high. 3.Lack of separate and sufficient laboratories for UG students.

OPPORTUNITY

1.Development of Botanical Garden 2.To start certificate and diploma course 3.To establish and strengthening digital herbarium of Department Students are motivated and guided by able faculty member to get higher degree and appear in NET, SLET, UPSC ,PSC and other competitive exams. 4.Confidence building through seminars and group discussions and personality development through interactive sessions. 5.Department gives platform to the students to show their potential and knowledge by conducting seminars and giving projects etc.

CHALLENGE

1.To increase student’s progression 2.To enhance self-reliant among the students. 3.To cope-up with the students from rural background. 4.To teach and conduct practical classes of the students with poor foundation . 5.Having no Departmental Library.
